Location: Crossing at Madison Ave and E 24 St, NYC, NY 10010 (in front of the main entrance of Credit Suisse Building)

This white and slim driver with the plate GNS 2511 hit a pedestrian when reverting his car on Madison Ave, which is an ONE-WAY street! When the pedestrian came up to talk, the driver claimed that he already horned so it was not his fault. In addition, he asked the pedestrian to "go home and fuXk yourself!" There should be someone coming to teach this driver how to be a responsible driver and more importantly how to speak human language!

This driver should not be allowed to drive... He was mad that I was doing the speed limit and rode right on my tail for miles, pretically in my trunk lol. It was on a windy and rainy road then he proceeded to pass me on a double yellow and slam on his brakes in front of me almost causing a collision. I could tell it was so I could see him waving the middle finger at me angrily... for what? I am not sure... as I was following the appropriate laws of the roadway. It is my professional opinion that this driver needs paychiatric treatment.
