I was crossing the street at 6:32pm. There's a stop sign and this driver slowed down but never stopped and hit my dog and almost hit me. Obviously he has no respect for driving laws and should be taken off of the road asap. I screamed and made him stop and told him he should respect stop signs. He showed no remorse.

3) he came out of his range rover twice with the intent to do bodily harm to another

4)He also likes to throw things at other cars
