Pulled out to find this person driving at least twice the speed limit coming up to rear of my car. I had to gun it to not be hit. They proceeded to give me the finger. I pulled over to let them by, they would not pass me. Pulled back on road and continued to get finger from this driver until we went separate ways.
You should be ashamed of yourself. Completely Blocking Driveway of an OLD LADY garage. Her sons, daughters, and grandchildren (total 80+ family members) comes by to visit her and stay overnight to make their mother or grandmother happy.
This is an OPWDD Van Central NY region. Driving with an Individual while van was overheating. Didn't do anything to fix it, just kept driving . If the engine goes in the middle of the highway that individual and staff could get in an accident, just beacuse staff was too lazy to get it towed
