Stays on the right turn only lane blocking parts of left lane. When people start driving on the left lane to go straight, he merges on left lane and starts honking. Stupid insecure immature man shouldn't be out driving.

Horrible driver. Should be cited for reckless driving.
Pulled in front of me by the Holland Tunnel, nearly hit my car before tapping into my side door.
This piece of garbage woman wouldn't stop or acknowledge she hit me. If you see her, steer clear and flip the bird!

This lady left her dog locked in her car on a 100 degree day, if you spot this car parked anywhere please check if there's a dog inside. Here's a video of the encounter yesterday

Beware - the driver of this car (black Nissan Versa), young white male with a beard, is apparent junkie. Spotted him during a drug deal near Carbondale, PA that he didn't even attempt to hide. Scary sh*t...
