This guy nearly ran over another motorist that he had crashed into and then sped off.
I called the police but I don't know if he was ever caught.

This guy through a banana peel out the window on the white stone bridge. You can still see it because it got caught on the rail. 11/17/16 6:40am P.S. littering is driving me crazy. If you don't won't to live in a dump, don't treat the place you live like one
