Very aggressive driver, tapped back of our vehicle after flashing lights and gesturing rudely. Pregnant wife and toddler also in car. Once he passed he did the same to another car ahead of us.

Driver has a chevy suv with front push bar & light bars, parks illegally in no parking/no standing areas constantly, and has the touchiest alarm system known to humankind (literally will go off if a stiff wind blows; not just briefly, but the full on, ridiculously annoying 'someone is stealing my car stereo' alarm.
