I was behind this guy on Clifford Avenue turning left onto St. Paul. He is a LITTERBUG! Before the light turned green, he tossed a Pepsi cup and a soda can out his passenger window.
If it had been safe to stop and pick them up I would have, but there wasn't any place to pull over without blocking traffic. I tried to say something to him but it didn't work.
I wish this were reportable. The city has enough issues without unnecessary pollution!

This thing right here drives while he's on the phone with a child in the backseats and all. Even better, he cuts people off without signaling. When confronted, this trash impersonates NYPD and throws racist remarks and attempts to follow the victim. Be careful if you ever run into this human garbage.

Has a Criminal mind and his attack is to exploit and he to know female that may need advise with personals problem ta advantage of this innocent women to get away with having sex with them; then black mail them making them fear for their life or the life of theirs love ones; drug addict, and alcoholic, have essentially contact with their victims; confront victims with force or threats. Up to 75 percent of them are desperate women sicking for advise. To him absolutely nothing else matters.
