Are you retarded? It's an ambulance. The crew was probably on a call near that residence. I doubt they were going to be there all day. And an ambulance is an emergency vehicle, they're allowed to double park.

Red Toyota RAV4 apparently had a Hobby Lobby emergency because they couldn’t park in the back of the lot. They had to park in the NO PARKING area between two handicapped spots. If I’m disabled and require a lift because I’m in a wheelchair and can’t get into my car because of a jerk like you, I would lose my shit if I saw you in person. I called the police and they hopefully have this person the ticket they deserved. Probably a kid because there was a Hofstra sticker on the window.
