Dude pulled into a gas station and parked at the pump behind me a minute or two after i pulled in. Couldn't see what he was doing but im pretty sure he took a pic of my plate and then drove off.

This guy is one sick, perverted fat , bald dude, who sits in his Hyundai and plays with himself near schools throughout several school districts on Long Island. He tried to hit on my and get me to go with him in his car. What a sick freak! This guy should be in jail. Ewww!

This person was driving across two separate lanes. I thought they were just switching, but they stayed in the middle. Pretty distracted driving.
