The owner of this car and probably the driver must be rich. He was speeding in bus lane looking for at least 2 tickets. He has already gotten 20 tickets this year and all of them were in January. This is weird. He must have gotten sick or jailed and just broke free. So good luck with your new tickets!

Doesn't pay attention while driving. Ran a red light in front of me, and then brake checked me.
