Absolutely road rage. Fast lane slowpoke! Occuping fast lane in slow speed, when trying to pass him, he speeds up and keeps with the same speed with the middle lane.

He is Parking in the White Plains Bx, NY DOT Muni Meter w/o a permit! Because he's a Police Officer in the Westchester County of New Rochelle I'm told he's allowed to, but its not right when I paid for parking and come home to no parking space because his Dodge Ram 1500 Truck is parked in it! 2x's already I have to search for parking else where at 1, 2 o'clock am and pay for another parking lot! And he takes up two spaces, leaving 2 of us w/o parking. He's there every night! I should be reimbursed for paying at another parking lot!!
