Because he's a Police Officer in the Westchester County of New Rochelle I'm told he's allowed to, but its not right when I paid for parking and come home to no parking space because his Dodge Ram 1500 Truck is parked in it! 2x's already I have to search for parking else where at 1, 2 o'clock am and pay for another parking lot! And he takes up two spaces, leaving 2 of us w/o parking. He's there every night! I should be reimbursed for paying at another parking lot!!
