The guy that drives a Honda car with this license plate G Ohio plate G & and 8090 is a weirdo he is dreading to houses one of the heat by claims to be running he doesn't pay for either one he's crashing and he's acting like he owns the neighborhood or he says is going to buddy clicks food stamps and he's a really bad driver he tries run ever children and pets he also smokes marijuana and those who drugs in his car because her full you see him out on the road

I thought in the states you could shoot and kill someone who comes on your land to attack you. Can't they just kill her and turn the dog over the to SPCA? At the very least they should constrain her under Citizen's Arrest until the police arrive and can charge her with assault, trespassing, animal cruelty etc...
