Man crashed on Southbound Lake Shore Drive in IL. Car flipped, he got out, ran to me across lake shore drive, almost got hit by a car as he held his right pocket, fled the scene. He came right up to me, I couldn’t hear what he was saying as I was on the phone w 911 when he approached me
Does not know right-of-way laws and nearly hit me at an intersection. Was a trailer attached to a truck. Had some lettering on the side like it was for a landscaping company. There were two males sitting inside.
driver dritfing in and out of lanes on I-75 north of Dayton, then bumped my bumper at Rt 41 exit AND hit me AGAIN in bumper on rt 41 at stop sign. called police. she left! Impaired! What company allows this person to drive their business vehicle!
