Woman driving erratic, all over the road, speeding up and slowing down as if drunk or lost, around 15-20mph on a 35mph freshly paved road... I went to pass her and 3/4 of the way past her she speeds up and matched speed with me up to 60 mph, and slowing down when I did as well, locking me in a head on situation with impending oncoming traffic, blocking me from getting back in the proper lane for over quarter mile or more... Mentally ill woman, obviously that does not belong on road ever again...

Leaning in my car in my garage, head door this guy was out of light brown extented cab pu acting like looking for some company, sounded bogus after questioning, very odd, older short white hair beard, glasses wish had camera, plate number is close if not exact
