This driver was traveling on Westbound Ronald Reagan Highway this morning. Weaving in and out of traffic carelessly and at one point threw a cup of soda with ice at a different driver as they passed them

Saw this driver on 1/6/17 doing the same behavior at the same location as the comment on 5/14/16. He was tailgating me, weaved around me, then cut me off and slammed on his brakes. He weaved in and out of traffic, and then went straight on Reynolds (from the right turn lane onto Lakeshore) cutting off several drivers in the process.
