Driver is a contractor and an officer of some sort. Was parked in a turning lane on a busy road, when I told him he needed to move because someone almost side-swiped me, he flashed a badge at me -- as if he had some special privilege and was immune to the laws the rest of us follow. He is ~60 years old, really tan, and hair dyed black (Doesn't look natural).
This person ran people off the road.
