She shouldnt be driving. She was stopped 2 cars back on the Norton 76 East on ramp and forced me to a screaching stop to avoid killing her when she decided to skip her place in line a cut the cars in front of her and cut me off.
Take her keys and and send her back to driving school

If you watch frame by frame you can see her right hand is holding a phone and the wheel. There's a reason she didn't see him - she was using a mobile whilst driving.
Revoke that license and give her some time in the slammer to think about what she's doing.

I saw this lady driving like crazy yesterday. She also took time to pull up next to someone and yell cuss words at them. She should have her kids taken away.
