I thought in the states you could shoot and kill someone who comes on your land to attack you. Can't they just kill her and turn the dog over the to SPCA? At the very least they should constrain her under Citizen's Arrest until the police arrive and can charge her with assault, trespassing, animal cruelty etc...

This women should be put in prison for life! Attacking people with her dog? what a Psycho. This women needs help and the dog needs to be saved i feel bad its being trained wrong
