Just going along near or below the posted speed limit along with other traffic, approach a highway on-ramp, and I could hear a roaring engine, and this guy in a white pickup, tag 581-KVH, is cutting around everyone and nearly hits my car when getting on the ramp. I called the highway patrol and reported the driver and vehicle.

This kid drives like a maniac...rode our bumper in the right lane, then flew around us on the left lane only to cut back across three lanes in front of us to turn from I44 onto I240...too bad no one from Troop A was nearby at the time

Driver decided to run on the opposite side of the traffic cones because the road was smoother there due to road construction. But to avoid hitting construction crew, the red malibu then swerved back into the official traffic lane and forced a car already in that lane to drive on the shoulder.
The red malibu driver became very angry at the car that was already in that lane and blamed his misfortunes on the car that was driving legally.
