The vehicle is a silver Toyota RAV4 and the driver is a male white in his 20s with black frizzy hair. He consistently speeds down Summit St. in excess of 35 to 40mph during the week. He possibly a school employee at West Linn High School. He is usually heard coming from a distance playing loud music in his car.

This is from a youtube video that an individual named "David Fry" submitted on his "Defendyourbase" youtube channel. He was bragging about driving a US Government vehicle without authorized permission both verbally and in written form. This was during the Oregon Militia standoff.

I was crossing the road at the crosswalk. But then she crossed my mind. And when she crossed my mind, this lady driver crossed my ankles. I jumped left. She swerved left. I side-stepped right. She skid right. At the end of the cross, my mind got ankled, and her ankles got crossed. I then scored the winning game 3-pointer for the junior high Warriors team against the New Compton Nebraskans. gg.
