Drives a shitty Chrysler in Laredo TX
Cutting in and out of lanes at the absolute last second. Slams on his brakes on purpose right after cutting in front of me. No turn signal. Every time I tried to switch lane, he immediately cuts into my intended lane. Have never met a worse driver than him.

I went around a large pothole on a small residential street, and this guy drove right over it and by it at top speed so that when I went back in my lane I almost hit him. Then he has the audacity to call me names at the red light he sped up to.
