This angry old white male was riding the bumper of a vehicle on Moyer Road by the little league fields, approaching 8th Ave (Lansdale, Montgomery County) in an attempt to get the vehicle in front of him to go faster, I assume. Obviously this male has issues (more than likely anatomical issues) and needs to realize that people will not speed up simply because you're an unsafe driver. The speed limit is 25 mph in that area. The driver is this burgundy-colored sedan passed a vehicle in a residential, no passing zone, next to a school! The vehicle it sped past and this unsafe driver were stopped at the same red light at Cannon and 7th Ave Lansdale, Montgomery County September 6, 2018 10:15 a.m.

He’s a horrible person. He was approached by Conedisonto do repairs to our apartment to move his vehicle, he tried to start it & it wouldn’t start supposedly & then he threatened them if they had his van moved. He was a total a-home.
