Sat at the gas pump at the Speedway on Brownshill Rd. Pittsburgh eating nachos with his old mother. Refused to move after I tried to leave after pumping gas.

Been sitting outside my house every day when I pull in to park he leaves and comes back once I'm inside. If I look out the window he leaves for a couple hours. Some days he just sits out there for hours on end this has been going on for almost a month. If anyone has any info let me know

TEXTING while driving. Sat through a green light and when I honked he gave me the finger. Car in front of him was already a half block away when I honked, not like I was being a jerk..
