me, while him and a female passenger waived their arms in the air and made obscene gestures with their hands. When the road was finally cleared, I moved to the right-side lane. When he sped-up passed me, he swerve his SUV in my lane, threatening to hit my car.

This car has been seen in neighborhoods around town breaking into other cars and stealing contents, if you see this red car call 911 ASAP and report them! I think they're on drugs too.
