Teenage girl drives straight through turning lanes and almost T-bones me while on her cell phone. Had to jump a curb to avoid being hit, you can see she's still on her cell phone in the picture. Just trying to make it home safe in Erie.

Texted on his phone right through a red light and into a crosswalk on Washington Ave. Saw me looking and told me to pull over to fight.
I told him I would pull out my camera instead so he put up his window and peeled out into more traffic. Dodge Charger R/T with little Italian flag on it.
