The Driver of this truck had a golden caged in the bed of the P/U in the cold rain while driving down the highway making stops along the way. Some folks should NOT be allowed to have pets.

Gray and black Tahoe, 99MY. Had to respond to a call for a run off... Driver went too fast for conditions and crossed a lane of traffic before entering private property and becoming lodged in trees. Vehicle unable to remove itself. Tow truck was called, property damaged, and vehicle was damaged.

In order to GET TO A RED LIGHT AND WAIT, he passed with oncoming traffic. Forced oncoming vehicle to make evasive maneuvers to avoid being hit head on.
