JTB-5271 stopped in front of my home at 9:35 p.m. Sept. 1, 2016. Another car also slowly drove by a few minutes b/4. Camera picked up on them and I'm going to keep a record of this. No one ever does this in this area. I think I know why.

Parked in two spots; and when asked to please back up to clear room she almost immediately played the race card. No one is oppressing you; you just happen to be in two spots.

he flashes his high beams at us and then proceeded to flip us off. Also went underneath the speed limit . Showed aggression.

Almost hit him as he turned at the Jamison Wawa intersection. Still dark out, and he is driving a black car with headlights off.
Also, driving absurdly slow through construction zone.

A driver w/a great deal of rage. A white Hummer. Would rather hit your car than stop even when he doesn't have the light, then hangs out the window yelling obscenities, flipping the finger ... a son any mother would be proud of (albeit a grown man). Such a shame !!! What a sad individual.
