Black Acura sedan with worn-out FOP sticker on the license plate. Driver was seen on 9-12-16 driving toward Pittsburgh. The vehicle was riding the left lane, switching lanes without using signals and occasionally greatly exceeding the speed limit to pass on the right only to cut back over into the left lane and sit on the lane. If the guy is a cop, it's a shame.

Drives like a maniac. Comes and goes at all hours of the day and night. I have also seen fighting, cursing, and possibly alleged drug use. Been woken up several times in the middle of the night... (car running, yelling, cursing,arguing, music, etc...) not fun!

Cannot stay in one lane, going 35 in a 45, and brakes constantly.
