Almost hit him as he turned at the Jamison Wawa intersection. Still dark out, and he is driving a black car with headlights off.
Also, driving absurdly slow through construction zone.

A driver w/a great deal of rage. A white Hummer. Would rather hit your car than stop even when he doesn't have the light, then hangs out the window yelling obscenities, flipping the finger ... a son any mother would be proud of (albeit a grown man). Such a shame !!! What a sad individual.

Very nice driver and let me in and then i pulled over to see her lisence plate so that i could give her a good rate

This car has been bombed to kingdom come by pigeons underneath the tunnel on Randall Ave. Major car wash needed.
