I was fueling up at the east of Allentown when I saw this really shady chevy parked beside a 7-11. There was a guy who seemed to be working alone but he was handing out bags or boxes to these kids (When I say kids, I mean 14 - 17) This scum doesnt need to be taken off the road, he needs to be taken off the streets for god sake!

Beware of this daily driver on 476 north between RT 30 and pa turnpike and Pa turnpike eastbound to willow grove. Around 8:45 to 9am
He is a wreckless driver that swerves and will cause a nasty accident one day
