This driver pulled out in front of me. Then when we were at the next light, threw a lit cigarette out the car window.... Not cool!

Theverything driver of this vehicle was driving recklessly at a high rate of speed straight through stop signs and red lights, fled police, and was involved in a hit and run. Vehicle was a silver/blue ford van with words on the side of the vehicle.

The driver of this mini van does not know what merge means. The driver purposely sped up and tried to run me off the road instead of allowing me to merge into driving lane. The merge point is on Wertzville RD, just beyond the Valley Rd crossing.

This driver asked me to help pay for gas and said he would send me check but has not so far.
