Drives like a maniac. Comes and goes at all hours of the day and night. I have also seen fighting, cursing, and possibly alleged drug use. Been woken up several times in the middle of the night... (car running, yelling, cursing,arguing, music, etc...) not fun!

This guy blocked my driveway for 2 1/4 hours, then said that he didn't know that it was a driveway. My van was in the driveway plus there's a no parking sign in front of the driveway.

Almost ran me off the road and killed me, then did it to other people on the road, calling the police now
