Driver would not move out of the Fast Lane purposely would hit brake lights just to slow down and go Pace with slower drivers in right lane when prompted with headlights to move driver with slam on brakes almost resulting in an accident

The driver of this vehicle nearly ran my gf and my 1 year old baby off the road today. He slammed on his break on the highway and then swerved in her lane and ran her off the road. I dare you to make yourself known...
