Driver/passenger observed getting a small child out of older model dark red/maroon Ford van and entering West Mifflin Giant Eagle (pharmacy entrance) apprx 3:15 pm on Good Friday 2016 dressed full body black burka with only eyes uncovered. The van remained parked at the door and moved away just a couple minutes later - driver was in burka but not sure if it was the same person who entered the store or there were two adults in burkas in the van

THIS DRIVER HIT ME AND SEVERLY INJURED ALL PASSENGERS! HE THEN TOOK HIS TAG AND RAN FROM THE SCENE WHILE WE WERE UNCONSCIOUS. BEWARE !!! Call cops if u see em!!!$/36

Pretending that he did not cause a massive car wreck... nearly side swipe 2 cars on the left by changing lanes without looking to his blindspot. Stayed away from me while I video him... it wasn't until I slowed down enough that he gunned it and tried to get away. be careful of this guy out there
