Almost hit back of my car while lighting a cigarette then almost drives through a red light and as the light turns green drives along side of me screaming profanities not allowing me to make my turn...all while my 5 and 1 year old were in the backseat. Looked to be on something.

A woman with a huge schnozz was captured on video driving on the Schuykill Expressway - STEERING WITH HER FEET and her eyes firmly on her cell phone texting away - for 20 minutes!!!! When the person videotaping it (who was a passenger in the car next to it) got the woman's attention, the driver just smirked at her and kep driving. It was reported to police but the police said they couldn't do much about it!!!

This woman is constantly driving aggressively on 95 in MD. She tail gated me flashing her high beams and passed me and brake checked me as well. Not the first time I've seen this car drive aggressively flipping people off on the highway.
