I had a similar experience with this guy. He tried running me off the road a couple years ago on Rt 28, and this morning I saw him weaving in and out of traffic. If anyone is aware of who he is, please post. I’d like to know.
Driver also began filming on cellular device while driving. Unlawfully, she was in use of a personal electronic device while driving under the wheel , paying attention to her phone screen, and not on the road. Picture taken from my end was at a stop light.
