This guy is incredibly reckless. He nearly hit me while intentionally running a stop sign in South Philadelphia and then proceeded to almost hit another SUV while trying to steal its parking space.

Guy cut me off and held the horn down for 10 seconds as he did it acting like I was at fault. This guy is a real jerk!

Driving reckless taking up both sides of the road. Driving fast and speeding pass on the no drive lane and also on the wrong side of the road. Driving back and forth from one side of the wrong to the other so no one can get pass.
