This man went through the intersection in heavy traffic and as I followed him, he stopped 2 car lengths away from the car ahead of him, leaving me in the cross walk as the light went from green, to yellow, to red. I then beeped the horn for the obvious reason and he glared at me, then he got out his car and actually punched my drivers side window. Then threatened to kick my vehicle. Eventually he got back in his vehicle and drove through the no u turn sign into opposing traffic and out of sight. I recorded the incicident.
