Going down Rt 51 the gentleman was swerving all over the road. When we passed he looked like he was falling asleep. Honked and it didn’t faze him.

This car has been reported stolen and the thieves are using it to go around breaking into other people's cars. Evidently they're armed. Pittsburgh area. Picture is the car closer to the foreground.
