This driver owes the turnpike commission a bunch of $$$… and I got the bill. He has been scamming them, and I end up with a collections letter. Figures, the address listed is the county jail. Go figure. Red 94 legacy.

Watch out...this driver is reckless. Zoomed past me at 60+ MPH in a 30MPH zone. In an awful rush to get somewhere with little regard for safety. Changing lanes to zoom around slower cars doing the speed limit...without signaling of course.

I hit my car and it sped away
