Who does this? He does has two places to live and he parks in a target parking lot! With the car running and goes to sleep! Notice passenger side front bumper he’s wrecked it! Doesn’t use any turn signals.

Rammed car into my lawnmower that was parked in my back yard by garage, spray painted f@ck you on it, and left car here. Driver is a psychotic jerk who also threw eggs and spread maionaise on my car!
