Saw this car driving erratically and the driver (Hispanic male) was dressed like a woman and screaming something . I called the police and reported it.

Real jerk. Drives too fast and rides your tail. No respect for the rules of the road and other people's lives.

Indiana, PA drove slowly in neighborhood and stopped at neighbors house where kids were outside, their dad noticed and approached the gold Ford Full Size Van (E-350) and drove off.
