I was traveling behind this car and it was having trouble staying in its lane. Could be a reckless driver or someone driving under the influence. The car was a dark colored Suburu Crosstrek.

Horrible reckless driver. Passed me on a set of railroad tracks! Upset because I was going the speed limit in a known speed trap.
