Horrible driver! Hit me while I wasn’t even moving, then proceeded to jump out, yell obscenities at me, and try to blame the accident on me. After that she tried to leave! She was completely un compliant and wouldn’t share her info with me so I had to ask an officer to come and get her info for me. I ended up being late to work over a little sideswipe that wasn’t even my fault.

Start speeding up from a mile a way just to cut off 3 lanes of traffic in front of you. Reckless driving in the rain too. I don't know what her rush is, but she almost hit a truck.
