Watch out for a tan car with this PA plate number. The female driver and a hooded male passenger (both possibly Hispanic) in their upper 20s or low 30s are out terrorizing innocent drivers (and maybe also causing accidents) on the roads in Philly. Police say they seem to be fraudsters. Watch out!!

Dude who drives this Ford focus is a total douche. Would love to see him mess with a dude in his little piece of crap Ford focus, he would def get beat up. Twice !!!

This driver is wreckless. Almost caused us to get into an accident when I went to turn (I had the right away). Was waiting there the whole time and once I go to turn he does as well. Then speeds off like he does have to take accountability for his actions. Will be reporting to department of services
