Driving late at night in the dark could barely see this car only because the two reflective. Panels on the back. Otherwise I wouldn't have noticed him. Not using his lights at all headlights or running lights. Definitely a danger to others and himself.

This driver doesn’t know how to park. He/she parked in the NO PARKING zone and I couldn’t even get my car out.

Penn Ave in West Lawn heading West, ass hat slams brakes on at green light in straight lane when they suddenly realize they wanted to turn left on Woodside (already a car in left turn lane). So sick of these "me first" ignorant fucks with no consideration. Miss your turn? Go around the block, pull over, etc. But no, fuck everybody else and risk an accident because you want to turn. Ass-hole.
