This dude pulled over in his bright red Jeep to scream at myself and my two dogs bc we were walking through a park we did not know didn’t allow dogs. His tone was uncalled for, he was rude, and drove like an absolute asshole.

This person is going to kill him/herself soon. Big black ford SUV with window tint so dark I'm sure it is illegal. Constantly driving on the shoulder trying to pass anyone in his way. He got stuck in a 5 minute construction delay a d he was actually driving in the opposite late of travel and was coming super close to hitting others head on! Even the guy directing the traffic was shaking his head. What a loser!!!

Created an unsafe situation for many weaving, speeding probably 55 in a 35 around bends, and slammed on breaks at a red light causing accordion effect. Reported to police.
