Hit & Run and fled the scene after asking if we were ok. Her white 1998 Honda SUV w/spare tire carrier on the rear back into my little pickup truck.
We were at a stop sign. With plenty of distance between me and her vehicle ahead of me. She got tired of waiting to cross traffic and frustratingly decided to back up and change direction. She floored the accelerator of her vehicle while in reverse and slammed the front of my truck causing extensive damage. After asking if we were ok she turned right at stop sign and fled south, toward Litchfield/ Pawleys Island

Driver did not yield the right away. Merged through two lanes of traffic & then swiped the front, right bumper of my car. I blew my horn & he wouldn't stop. He sped up trying to get away! Watch out for this maniac.
