Maniacal and impatient Harley rider. Of course, not a real rider... a RUB (Rich Urban Biker) riding a custom Street Glide that you know never goes more than 20 miles or so. Went flying around me and then almost lost control of it trying to make a turn too fast.

I saw this guy making a drug sell outside of the North Charleston recreation center off of GreenRidge Rd. in North Charleston. There were a ton of kids around. Tried to call the police but he left before I could do it.

My friend left his hand carry bag inside this taxi yesterday when he boarded from NAIA to JAM terminal and Buendia. We can't find his contact number and he has not contacted my friend at all.

Is sitting in the BOA atm line. Not using the machine and not moving. Flipped a lady off.

Black Chevy crossover (Traverse or Equinox). Reckless driving on I-526 East this morning at 9:45am. Got off at 17 North Exit. Excessive speeding (over 100 mph), weaving in and out of traffic, cutting off trucks, driving in berm on bridge passing people, tailgating, etc. Rear view mirror had a large tag with number hanging on it (like it had been in for service and not removed). License tag was not the usual SC one pictured, more white background.
