I was driving south on I-95 in SC when this driver moved from the right lane (an entrance ramp from I-26) all the way to the left lane that I was in. I was forced off the road to keep from hitting him, then lost control when trying to re-enter the road and ended up going across all lanes of traffic before finally regaining control. The driver didn't stop to see if I was okay or to apologize.

Tailgated me and then decided to cut me off instead and slam on brakes. Then proceeded to drive in both lanes to keep me from passing.
